Requesting a Quote
If you request a quote, we will store your company name, contact details, and the name of your contact person. Quotes and quote requests are deleted after 30–60 days. We do not share this information with third parties.

Contacting Us by Email or Phone
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the personal information you provide, such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
This allows us to respond to your request.

Billing
For accounting purposes, we are required by law to keep certain personal data. This may include your name, address, email, company registration number, payment information, and invoice details. We retain this information in accordance with the retention periods required by Swedish accounting legislation.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you, to rectify any inaccuracies, and to request the modification or deletion of your personal data, insofar as this is not restricted by applicable law.
